We strive to make your dental visit as easy and stress free as possible. To do this, we take great care in patient education. Matthew Mulcahy, D.M.D.

Dr. Mulcahy has been in dental practice for over twenty years. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Louis University. Upon earning his doctrate at Washington University, Dr. Mulcahy completed a general practice residency at the Jewish Hospital of St. Louis. Dr. Mulcahy practiced dentistry in Vermont for fifteen years before relocating to Nantucket full-time in 2006.

Dr. Mulcahy enjoys the Nantucket Community and serves as vice-chair of the town finance committee. In his spare time he enjoys boating, croquet, reading and travelling.

Kathleen Mulcahy, Office Manager
Kathleen has been working for Windmill Family Dental since 2007 as Office Manager. Prior to this Kathleen has practiced nursing in pediatrics and geriatrics for the last twenty eight years. Kathleen has enjoyed the challenge of learning dentistry these last two years.

Kathleen has worked with the Nantucket Childrens Community Network to enable underprivleged children on Nantucket to dental care.

Almarie Davis, Dental Assistant
Almarie was born in Jamaica and graduated from the college of science and education with an Associate Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management. She has been Dr. Mulcahys dental assistant since 2007. In addition to dental assisting Almarie helps out wherever she is needed in the office. She is pleasant and easy to work with and helps patients feel comfortable at their visits.

Irene Bouchard, R.D.H.
Irene has been on staff with Windmill Family Dental since July, 2007. She is a graduate of Palm Beach Junior College and has been practicing dental hygiene for twenty-two years. Irene attended Middlesex Community College and received her local anesthesia certification on November 6, 2005. She is an active member in the America Dental Hygienists Association.

Cecilia Gutierrez
Cecilia moved to Nantucket several years ago from her home country of El Salvador. She is a junior at Nantucket High School. Cecilia works in the office daily for her work-to-career program. Cecilia works in the fornt office and as an assistant to the practitioners. Cecilia has been a great asset to the practice. She speaks Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and English. Ceci plans to pursue a dental degree.
